Timing & Location

-It is ideal to make sure you are reserved and locked in before you have your baby as Ashley only takes a certain number of newborns per month. The best time to fill out your reservation form is between 20-35 weeks, but can be done sooner. Ashley can only take a certain number of newborns a month so to make sure your spot is reserved and use the "Newborn Availability" tab. Once Ashley confirms her availability, you will set up a free consultation with Ashley to go over all the details on your investment and answer any questions you may have.

-Session will be 1-3 hours with Ashley in studio located at 6444 NW Expressway, #217e, Oklahoma City, OK 73132. Time is allotted to allow for soothing, feedings, diaper changes & posing.

-Must take place within 5-21 days of life.  Please text Ashley at 405-313-6818 the day you deliver to guarantee your session. The session will be rescheduled if you or the baby have to stay longer in the hospital.

Session Details

-Ashley provides everything necessary for the session including baskets, blankets, swaddles, headbands, beanies, etc. Please do not bring anything for the photos, unless previously discussed with Ashley.

-If siblings are involved it's best to start with any family/sibling photos and if possible for the kiddo(s) to go with dad or a family member. This isn't required, but certainly helps the energy of the session. If you want family or other kiddo(s) to be part of the session, please let Ashley know so she can plan accordingly.   

-If you're able, please refrain from giving baby a bath before their session. Depending on their session date I understand this might not be possible. This usually will dry out their skin. 

-Loose clothing is highly suggested for the shoot day as it will not leave marks on baby’s skin.

-A Design Appointment to create your collection and digital image options will take place within 1 week of your session. Here, you will be able to view keepsakes and wall art options along with digital image options. Ashley will schedule your design appointment either at the time of your newborn session or soon after.

Price & Policies

-There is a $200 reservation fee and it must be paid when you make the reservation to hold your spot.  This is non-refundable, and does not go toward any collection or digital image investment at the time of your Design Appointment. T

-You will schedule a Design Appointment directly with Ashley after your newborn session. To see all details on your investment check out Ashley's Investment Page. 

-Ashley will need to photograph your baby within their first 5-14 days of life.  Please text Ashley the day you deliver to ensure your session date.

Design Appointment

-At your Design Appointment, you will Sit with Ashley and choose your collection and/or digitals option.

-The Design Appointment will usually take place 2-4 weeks from your session. This will be the time you purchase a collection or digitals only package. You will sit with Ashley and will be presented your photos where you will make your selections. You’ll also have the chance to view example products & prints.  There is also an option for a virtual gallery reveal; just ask Ashley!

-Any print credits must be used in the first 30 days the gallery is delivered.  If the print credit is not used during the first 30 days, it will be forfeited.  

-Due to copyright infringement, online galleries are only given with digital collections.
